During Link Analysis, products may contain multiple attributes that generate excessive or unnecessary relationship lines between nodes. This can make the analysis difficult to interpret and reduce the clarity of the investigation.
Link Analysis Configuration allows users to control which product attributes are displayed during a Link Analysis Product Search. By selecting only relevant attributes for analysis, users can reduce unnecessary relationship lines between nodes and make the Link Analysis view cleaner, more focused, and easier to understand.
This configuration does not remove or ignore product data. It only controls which attributes are considered when displaying relationship connections in the Link Analysis view.
For example, if a product contains 20 attributes but only 5 are important for analysis, the remaining attributes can be moved to the Unselected section to reduce clutter in the Link Analysis graph.
This can help organizations…
- Focus on relevant customer, policy, or claim attributes during fraud investigations,
- Reduce unnecessary relationship mappings and improve investigative efficiency,
- Simplify complex relationship networks during investigations, and/or
- Highlight only critical entity connections for faster intelligence analysis.
