Data Administration Overview

The Data Administration tool within OWL's Administration module plays a crucial role in managing and 
supervising all organizational records—both created and exchanged. It provides administrators and 
supervisors with robust functionality to access, modify, and uphold the accuracy of data across 
departments and operational areas. 


This tool simplifies the process of viewing and managing diverse records, ensuring seamless oversight 
and data integrity throughout the organization. 

 


Steps to go to Data Administration: 


1. Go to the OWL Administration page. 

2. Select "Data Administration" from the menu on the left-hand side. 

3. The Data Administration section includes the following components: 
• Audit Logs 
• Record Management 
• Trash Bin 
• Export 
• Backup
