Agenda View

  • Updated

When investigators manage numerous assignments across multiple days, locating upcoming work in a traditional calendar can be time-consuming.

The Agenda View provides a chronological, list-based view of all scheduled tasks and events, allowing users to review upcoming activities organized by date. Unlike the Calendar View, which displays activities on a calendar, the Agenda View presents them in a structured timeline, making it easy to monitor daily workloads and access task or event details.

Each date group displays the total number of Tasks and Events scheduled for that day, making it easy to understand daily workloads at a glance.

Users can:

  • View all scheduled tasks and events grouped by date.
  • Expand or collapse each date section.
  • Review task and event information in a list format.
  • Open task or event details.
  • Edit tasks or events (based on user permissions).
  • Quickly identify the number of scheduled tasks and events for each day.

This helps organization across multiple industries to...

  • Insurance Claims Investigations: Review scheduled claim investigations, inspections, interviews, and follow-up activities in chronological order.
  • Special Investigation Unit (SIU) Cases: Track fraud investigation activities, review meetings, and recurring investigation tasks from a single timeline.
  • Criminal Investigations: Monitor interviews, surveillance operations, warrants, hearings, and investigative assignments by date.
  • Multi-Agency Operations: Coordinate activities across multiple departments and cases, improving planning and ensuring important deadlines are not missed

Tasks and events are automatically grouped by their scheduled date, with each date displaying the total number of tasks and events planned for that day. Users can expand or collapse individual date sections, open task or event records, and, based on their permissions, edit the associated details. This view offers an efficient way to track and manage upcoming activities while maintaining seamless integration with the Task Dossier, Event Management, and Calendar View.

The Agenda View is available to users based on their assigned role and permissions.
