View Audit Logs & Filters
Steps to View Audit Logs:
1. Hover over Case Management.
2. Click Audit Logs.
3. This will open the View Audit Logs page.
4. The View Audit Logs page displays all action logs that are performed by users across the organization.
5. Based on your role and license type, you can view audit log details.
6. Comprehensive Activity Tracking: The audit log records all user actions across every module within the system.
7. Key Log Components: Each entry includes the Log Date, Log Message, Username, and Module.
8. Log Date: Indicates the exact timestamp when the user performed the action.
9. Log Message: Provides detailed information about the user's activity, including both the previous and updated data, offering enhanced clarity for users and administrators.
10. Username: Identifies the specific user responsible for the action.
11. Module: Specifies the module in which the logged activity occurred.
12. To look for a specific user audit log, use the filter available on the top right corner of the table.
Filters:
• Username: Allows you to search for the specific user audit logs.
• Log Type: Allows you to search for a specific module's audit logs.
• Created Form/To: Allow you to look for the audit logs that are created between specific dates.
13. Audit logs can also be viewed under each case and subject dossier. Here, the audit logs are shown with respect to the Cases and Subjects only.
