Whenever you perform a search, the criteria will pass through the deconfliction process, allowing OWL to identify corresponding matches within existing OWL records and notify you of the record owner and related details.
Administrators have the privilege to enable this feature at the User, Role, Department, or Organization level by creating appropriate deconfliction templates.
You can define which fields or attribute records or documents should undergo deconfliction during record creation or document processing, and which should not.
You can view both Deconfliction and Auto Deconfliction results on the Deconfliction Results page, located under the Collaboration header.
Deconfliction results related to a specific case or subject will appear within the corresponding Case or Subject Dossier view, inside the Deconfliction container

Feature Description
Module
1.
Launch Case functionality in the background:
Now, you can use the application while launching an existing search or doing a new search from the result screen.
A background notification will be displayed for the users regarding the launch or new search in OWL. Upon successful load, the search will be instantly available to view on the result screen.
2.
MS Explorer feature from Tabular View:
You can now instantly access the relevant node data using the new MS Explorer view, which has been added to the Tabular View screen.
This enhancement improves both accessibility and performance, making it easier and faster for users to work on a Case.
8.
Pin-Unpin nodes from Result Screen View:
During an investigation or analysis in the OWL Result Screen view, you can select specific nodes from the search results and pin them to your Case Manager view. This allows you to easily revisit those pinned items later without having to search for them again.
You can unpin nodes at any time and pin new ones as needed, giving you full flexibility in managing your case data
9.
Template Builder:
A new custom field called Rich Text Editor has been introduced in the Template Builder under the Add Custom Field section.
Using this field, Admins can create custom templates that include predefined official text, which can then be applied to any OWL records as template information.
10.
View Dossier layout:
A new design layout for all record dossier views has been made. The view will help focus on more case details rather than the attached compliances.
