On the Administration > Organization > Role Settings page, a new tab titled “Access to – Collaboration Records” has been added. This tab lists all users that members of the specified role are permitted to access their records.

Tabular View Improvements:
Introduced tooltips for search criteria nodes to display the Search hierarchy and Datasets details.
Icons and Tabular design have been improved to display the data efficiently.

Databases by Datasource:
Now, you can perform the OWLvault records filter by the Datasource attributes.
Also, you can perform a direct data search from the OWLvault records using the Search by Value filter.

Download OWL Report
Now, you can download OWL reports from all OWL record types apart from Case (Subject, Form, Information Sharing, Tips, Report)
You can download OWL reports for the selected records from dossier view.

Case Management and Record Management Filter Enhancements:
From the Case Management > Records > View-Edit page, you can view only the records you have created and those shared with you through collaboration.
On the Record Management > Records > View-Edit page, you will only see the records available to you according to your assigned user role and license.

Collaboration:
Now you can collaborate on Case Management > Report records.
Like other record types, report data will be accessible to you based on your collaboration setup.
Admins can transfer OWL reports using the transfer record feature from the Record management > Reports
