  • Universal Collaboration Access: OWL users can now add cross collaborators to any case, regardless of the existing collaboration type—Dynamic, User Driven, Organization, or Private.

  • Multi-Case Collaboration: Users can now select and collaborate on multiple cases simultaneously, streamlining workflows.

  • Password Protection Enabled: Users can now safeguard their OWL Case reports with a password before downloading.

  • Now, a Task can be attached to a case/subject from the View-Task page actions.
  • Also, OWLdocs/vault records can be directly attached to any Tasks present in OWL.

  • Reports can now be generated with built-in compliance settings.
  • Organization Admins can define OWL compliance for OWL reports.
  • Compliance information can be modified directly from the report view page.
  • Reports will be archived or deleted based on compliance rules such as the Retention Policy and 28 CFR guidelines.
  • Download OWL reports also going to have the compliance details defined for the report.

Collaboration Setup: 

  • Role-Based Record Access: All record types within the organization are accessible according to users' roles and license levels. Admins and Department Supervisors can view records of their subordinate users without requiring collaboration.
  • Dynamic Collaboration Restrictions: Collaboration can now be configured only among users with the same license type or between subordinate license holders within a specific role or department.
  • Admin Collaboration Limitation: Subordinate license users cannot share records with Admin users, as Admins inherently have access to those records by default.

  • Added an “index” to the result screen tabular view to navigate to a specific search directly without scrolling.
