- Users can view relationship mappings tailored to their fuzzy configurations across various levels, including Case, User, and Organization.

| 3. | User Management: - Admin users can now be assigned to various departments within the organization, beyond the default Organization Admins department.
- The Add Roles page now supports the creation of Super Admin and Administrator roles under different departments.
- The Roles Page displays departments outside of the Organization Admins department under the Admin Role and License section, with an option to remove those departments if needed.
- All Search Role dropdowns will now list roles associated with different departments, and selecting a role will automatically populate the License dropdown.

| 4. | Admin Record Collaboration Setup: - Organization Admins can now configure collaboration settings for specific users and roles.
- For individual users: Navigate to View-User > Collaboration tab > Collaborators - Access To Records page.
- For specific roles: Go to Organization > Roles settings, select the desired role and license, then access the Collaborators - Access To Records page.
- For record-level collaboration: Use the Information Collaboration > Record Collaboration Setup page.
- Admins can establish collaboration setups at the User and Role levels, using options like Dynamic, Organization, Private, or User-Driven configurations.
- Admins and team supervisors can now view data accessible to a user based on their Role, License, and User settings through the User Collaboration Setup page > View-User > "Access to - Collaborators Records" section.

| 5. | Admin Cross Collaboration Approval: - Admins, Department Admins, and Supervisors can now manage collaboration approval requests through the Admin > Information Sharing-Collaboration > Cross Dept/Teams Collaboration > Pending Approval page.
- On the Pending Approval page, they can choose to either approve or reject requests.
- The Approved and Rejected pages provide a detailed view of requests that have been approved or rejected, respectively.

| 6. | Admin Case management: OWL admins can now design various Template Types under the template builder for OWL records and assign them to specific templates based on record types, ensuring the templates are organized by type. | Administration |
| 7. | Collaboration - Case Management Records: - OWL Users can now access their individual OWL records, along with collaborated records (CASE, SUBJECT, FORM, INFORMATION SHARING, TIPS, OWLdocs, Data Query Logs), directly from the respective records' view-edit pages. Access is governed by their role, license, and the collaboration settings set by the Administrator.
- The Add Case and Edit Case pages now display collaborator users, as per the configured Collaboration Setup.
- Users can now add individuals or roles within their department directly from the Add Case page, following a supervisor approval workflow based on user input.
- Users are also able to perform searches within collaborated cases from the product search page by selecting the collaborated cases in the case dropdown.

| 8. | Case Management Records: - Users can now include images, videos, and customized text in the Notes section of the Add Case page. These notes can also be viewed and edited from the View Case page.
- The Global Attributes list now includes Date and Time fields, which can be added as global fields under Case, Subjects, and Templates.
- Users now have the ability to filter record templates in the Template Library popup using the Template Type filter.

| 9. | Cross Dept/ Team Collaboration: - Users with a User-Driven collaboration setup can now add or remove cross-department collaborators for their department's case through the Collaborator > Add Cross Dept/Team Collaborator and View Pages.
- Users can also track both pending and approved collaboration requests involving cross-department/team collaborators directly from the View Page.
