Add Record Types: 

The Administrators can create new record types for Forms, Information Sharing and Tips from the Administration > Case Management > Forms/ Information Sharing / Tips 

Define the “Record Type” during record Creation and update: 

Users can now define the record type for Forms, Information Sharing, and Tips from the Case Management > Add Forms / Information Sharing / Tips record page and update the record type for existing records.

Record Type Filter:

The Users can now filter Cases, Subjects, Forms, Information Sharing, Tips and leads from the Case Management > View-Edit page based on their specific record type.

Transfer Record:

Now, the Administrators can transfer a single record ownership from one user to another.

Transfer Record:

Now, the Administrators can transfer bulk records ownership from one user to another. Administrator Page > User Management > User > Action > Transfer All Records

Access to OWL app collection based on license:

Now, the team admins and supervisors will have access to OWL app collections according to their departments only inside Administrators > OWL apps > Collections

Split Docs & Vault checkboxes into separate options:

Now, the users can do OWL product searches by selecting either OWL docs or Vault separately.

Single Record Entry:

Now, the users can import a single record in the OWL vault without uploading an Excel or CSV document.  

Upload Outlook File in OWL docs:

Now, users can upload Outlook files with extensions like “.eml,” “.msg,” and “.pst” in OWL docs.

Single Record Entry Template:

Now, the user can create a Single Record Entry template from the Single Record Entry page and can reuse it to create new Single Record Entries.

Wildcard & Range Search:

Keyword search now supports Wildcard and Range Search, enabling users to search a keyword against OWL data by selecting specific global attributes. They have multiple options now to do specific range searches like “Date Range”, “Greater Than/ Lower Than” “Prefix/Suffix” & “Contains” searches.

Wildcard & Range Search Select Template from Data source:

Keyword search attributes now can be automatically selected by selecting a specific Owl vault data source.

Query Data > Keyword Search > Wildcard & Range Search > Select Template from Data Source

Delete OWL docs empty folders:

Now, the user can delete the OWL docs folder that is empty from the OWL docs’ page.

Search based on User license type:

Now, users with specific license types are allowed to perform OWL searches. The users with licenses “User Full,” “Administrator-user,” “Super admin-user,” “Supervisor-user,” “Administrator Team-User,” and “External Collaborator Full Access” have access to the search module. 

View Form page improvements:

Field design and labels are modified to improve the layout of the form page. Button placements and small alignment changes.

Add the Collapse feature to the Case Manager Panel:

The case manager view in the result screen can be expanded and collapsed for a better view and adjustments for the user.  

Compliance Dropdown:

Keyword Search and Query Data Search screen - Unable to select from the Compliance Dropdowns. These select boxes will respond only when clicked in the top portion of the box.

Administrator View Enhancements:

Administrator View: design and the performance of each feature have been improved.

New Changes to the search features as per the new Collaboration Configuration Setup:

• Now, the recent case panel on the home page will show the cases that are created by the user, not the collaborated case.

• While searching the user will see the collaborator cases that are collaborated with the user with written permission as per the collaboration setup and can be selected to perform searches.

• Live collaborators from the result screen will show the collaborator users as per the setup and the last activity time. Case manager > View-Edit page now will show all the collaborated cases as per the collaboration setup.

• Sending case collaborator SMS/Email from the result screen view now can show all the collaborator users as per the setup.

OWL import records UI improvements:

Now the user can resize the columns of the imported record and can unselect any column not to display in the table.

The user can click the image URL links inside the imported table and see the image in the pop-up.

OWL docs Folder Enhancements:

Now, the folders that are selected by the user will be highlighted. Also, the user can delete the empty folders.

Search and Launch Case performance improvements:

Now, the launch case and search response will load faster than earlier even with a big response.
