-Admin will create Forms and deploy in the Information Sharing Module. -Ability to Upload Documents as well.

-No requirement for any data access - Retention 28CFR P 23 even if active. 

-User License - Information Sharing will log in and ONLY have access to Information Sharing - Add. 

-They will upload and save - the record will go into a list in the IS - View screen and a folder in OWLdocs > Information Sharing.
