Implement Subject Form data:

Added the template based on the record types.

Add Forms under Case:

When the admin creates the template for the form, it appears in the Case Management module, then the user can add, edit, or view the form.

Display forms on the View Case page:

The forms attached to the case or case subject are displayed on the View case page.

Add 28 CFR Part 23 at a Case:

If an organization enables 28 CFR Part 23, then the user can able to add 28 CFR Part 23 at a Case.

Case:

Added the Case Status, Case Type, and Collaborators in the Case.

Add Case:

When the admin creates the template for the form, it appears in the Case Management module, then the user can add, edit, or view the form.

OWL data source:

While searching the data source, the search should also include form template data also. 

Compliance | Restrictions | Case Management:

-Compliance Section will be determined by the Data Source.

-Data Access Rights Level appears if that feature is activated in Admin or available under the license plan.

-The Case Management section will be shown if it is the Plan. 

Spy Search in Geo Spatial View:

When users are searching from the identity node, new spy search identities are shown under the sub-menu.

OWLdocs:

The users are ability to move OWLdocs from one case to another case.

Files by data source:

In the OWLdocs users can see processed files organized by data sources.

OWLdocs:

After uploading files user can edit or update the Keyword, Data source, Retention Policy, Data Access Rights, and 28 CFR Part 23 fields.

OWLtranslate:

When translating files user can click on the scroll button to check all the languages.

Add Retention Policies:

When an organization can set Retention Policies, then the user can set the Retention Policies while uploading files.

Data Access Rights:

If an organization has a Data Access Rights set, then the user should be able to set the Data Access Rights to the file.

Retention Policies:

The admin user can set the Retention Policy-Administrator → Access Rights - Policies - Compliance → Retention Policies and click on Add on the Retention Policies.

Supervisors Multiple Teams – Collaboration:

The user has the ability to collaborate with all departments/ teams, users, and roles.

Counting of OWLxtract, OWLidentify, OWLtranslate, OWLspeech:

When the user wants to perform these actions, they need to have sufficient balance in the wallet.

28 CFR Part 23:

In the 28 CFR Part 23 tab there is a list of Cases, Subjects, OWL docs, etc that have 28 CFR Part 23 activated and the Date of Required Review.

Template Builder:

When the user opens the template to edit, the template name is shown.

Auto-Generated Case:

The admin user can set the Auto-Generated Case Number-Administrator → Access Rights - Policies - Compliance → Cases and Enables Auto-Generate Case

Notifications:

The admin user can enable the notification from the admin module.

Modules and views:

Implementation of new Modules and Views.

Custom case Status:

The admin can set Custom Case Status.

Case- View/Edit page improvement:

The user can view the case and add the information, update the information, and delete the information.

Data query log:

Now all the user's searches are displayed under the Data query log.

Font color:

Changed the font color for Cases, Subjects, and Forms to green.

Add User:

Now, based on the subscription, a user login flow was implemented.

Juvenile compliance:

Now, based on the requirement user can add Juvenile Compliance, filter, and sort the records according to the requirement.

Retention Policies:

Now user can scroll to see all the records, edit the records, archive, and delete the Retention policies. 

28 CFR Part 23:

Now the user can see all the cases, subjects, and Forms under the 28 CFR Part 23 and also scroll the page to see all records.

Juvenile Compliance:

Now, based on age and state, users can create Juvenile Compliance.

Template Builder:

Field design and labels are modified to improve the layout of the Template page, and Font size changes.

Telco Country:

Improvements on the add user page.

Retention policy:

Now, the user after enabling Data access Rights mandatory fields are enabled.

Eye icons in admin pages:

The user can click on the eye icon to view the hidden information in the admin module.

Collection Image pop-up:

The user can click on View to view the image in the collection image pop-up.

Shedlock/Scheduler Module:

Improvements on ShedLock/Scheduler Module.
