The two primary sections are segregated for Users and for Administrators based on your license type. The navigation to the left will allow you to select the User Knowledge Base or the Administrator Knowledge Base.

Our Ask Eddy is a ChatGPT feature allowing you to pose any question to the OWL Knowledge Base.

Additional sections include Product Updates which will detail the technical modules, features and functionality deployed to production and future features and functions under development or planning to be released to production.

The Support Section will detail how to address and report various issues you may have and direct you to the appropriate team here at OWL to address your issues.

The Marketplace Vendor section provides knowledge base articles for the various connectors you have integrated into the OWL Intelligence Platform.

On-demand Resources - the OWL library of videos based on module, feature and functionality.
