Once a tip is submitted through the webform, it becomes accessible within the OWL platform for review and processing. Administrators can view and manage submitted tips through a centralized dashboard or interface. They can assign priorities, categorize tips, and track the status of each submission. OWL supports collaboration among team members by allowing them to view, edit, and comment on tips. This ensures that relevant stakeholders are involved in the review process and that action can be taken promptly.
Steps to View-Edit Tips and Leads:
Hover over Case Management.
Hover over Tips and Leads.
Click View-Edit.
This will open the View-Edit Tips and Leads page.
The View-Edit Tips and Leads page will display all the available tips and leads records based on your role and department.
Tip Name, Creation Date, Record Owner, Department, IP Address, Tip Status and linked the Case Number and/or Subject Name details are shown on the Tips and Leads View-Edit page.
In the top right corner, the filter option is available to search.
