Subjects

Subject Status is a mandatory field and will be displayed as such as users are creating subjects within the Case Management module.
In the OWL platform, managing system statuses such as Open, Pending, Closed, Archive, and Delete plays a critical role in organizing and controlling the lifecycle of subjects or records within the system. Each status is defined with specific purposes and associated behaviors to ensure efficient workflow management and data integrity.

By implementing distinct system statuses with defined purposes and access controls, OWL enables your organization to maintain data consistency, comply with regulatory requirements, and streamline workflow management effectively. These status functionalities support efficient collaboration, accurate reporting, and secure data handling throughout the lifecycle of subjects within the platform, contributing to enhanced organizational productivity and operational transparency.

• These subject statuses are defined by the OWL system and cannot be modified.  

• Each system status has a different purpose and description.

• Subjects having Open and Pending can be edited and used.

• Subjects having Closed status cannot be edited.

• Subjects having Archive/Delete can be edited and Deleted records will not show under the view-edit screen only can be viewed from the Admin trash bin page.
