OWLdocs

OWLdocs is a Record Management System (RMS) designed to manage, organize, and track records in various formats within your organization. The primary goal of OWLdocs is to provide a systematic and efficient way to create, capture, store, retrieve, and manage records throughout their lifecycle. Records, in this context, encompass a wide range of information, including documents, files, emails, and other content that hold organizational, legal, or historical value.

OWLvault

Extracting the data within various records are organized and stored in the OWLvault as either structured or unstructured data providing a flexible, scalable, and agile framework for customized data storage.

• Accounts subscribed to the Whooster and Standard software edition will not have access to the OWLdocs module.  This will prevent the organization from having the ability to upload files, store files, manage files, and several other features this module has to offer.  To upgrade, please contact your super administrator.
