Reset Password

Steps to Reset Password:

1. Click Administration.

2. Click User Management within the OWL Admin Menu.

3. Click the User you would like to reset the password for.

4. Click Security Policies.

5. The Reset option is located toward the bottom of the page .

Resetting Administrator Password

To reset an Administrator Password the administrator must contact another administrator of their account who has access to their User record to reset the password. In the event that is not available please contact OWL Support who can only reset an Administrator Password.
