If the status of tips and leads needs to be edited, this can be done within the View- Edit Tips and Leads page’s action items.

Steps to Edit Tips and Leads Status:

Hover over Case Management.
Hover over Tips and Leads.
Click View-Edit.
Click the action menu under the Action column for the relevant tips and leads record.
Click Edit Status.
This will provide an edit option for the tips and leads status field only.
Select the new status from the list of those available.
Click the green check mark to save your changes.
