Once created, an administrator can update or edit the role’s settings and access.  This is beneficial and should be done to allow and disallow the access and visibility a role needs to have.

Steps to Edit User Settings:

  1. Click Administration.

  2. Click User Management.

  3. Click Organization.

  4. Select the appropriate Role and License Type to edit.

  5. Click the green Edit button to the right of the Role Settings page.

  6. You can update Modules and Views, Dataset & Compliance, Security Policies, Notifications, and Collaboration.

  7. Once all changes have been made, click Save to complete this action.
