Edit Record

Aside from uploading files, OWLdocs allows you to also edit and manage your files as needed.

Seps to Edit Files:

1. Click OWLdocs.

2. Click the action menu under the Action column for the file you’d like to edit.

3. The file will then be displayed in edit mode. Add or update fields like Keyword, Datasource, and Compliance details.

4. If the compliances are mandatory, you must select the required compliances before saving the record.

5. After saving the record the updated data should be displayed for the file in OWLdocs.

6. If at the organization level, the compliances are mandatory and if not added to the file, a red warning icon will be displayed for the compliance. If compliance is     enabled and not mandatory, a yellow yield icon will display instead.  Both icons signify that the compliance data does not exist with the file.
