Delete Form

In addition to editing, forms can be deleted within the View-Edit Form page’s action items.  Once deleted, the form will no longer be visible or accessible from this page.  It will be stored within the Trash Bin under the Administration module. Records within the Trash Bin are permanently deleted 60 days after the deletion date.

Steps to Delete Forms:

1. Hover over Case Management.

2. Hover over Forms.

3. Click View-Edit.

4. This will open the View-Edit Form page.

5. Click the action menu under the Action column for the appropriate form to be deleted.

6. Click Delete.

7. You will be prompted to confirm your action.  Click Yes.
