The Administration module gives admin users the power to define specific restrictions for the organization users while creating or updating the case and subject-level details.
The OWLadmin Case Management module is a versatile tool designed to empower administrators with comprehensive customization capabilities at both the organization-wide and department/team levels. This module not only facilitates efficient case management but also enhances organizational productivity through tailored workflows, detailed reporting, and streamlined communication. Here’s an expanded exploration of its key features and functionalities:
Customization at Organization and Department/Team Levels: The OWLadmin Case Management module allows administrators to configure functions and features according to organizational needs. This customization flexibility extends to different levels within the organization, such as departments or teams, ensuring that workflows and processes are optimized for specific operational requirements. Administrators can define case creation rules, customize case types (e.g., incident, support ticket, project request), establish distinct case statuses (e.g., open, in progress, closed), and automate the generation of case numbers for tracking and reference purposes.
Template Builder for Custom UIs and Forms: A standout feature of OWLadmin is its robust template builder, which empowers administrators to create custom user interfaces (UIs), forms, and input screens effortlessly. Leveraging a global attribute database containing thousands of pre-defined fields, administrators can build tailored templates that align with organizational standards and workflows. The template builder supports a variety of input elements, including custom lists with options for single-select, multi-select, checkboxes, and radio buttons. This versatility allows administrators to capture specific data points relevant to different types of cases or processes efficiently.
